How do I get started?

Very simple. Call or email Genesis QMS and a presentation will be arranged for you via Uber Conferencing with a Genesis QMS representative. The first meeting will usually takes 30 – 60 minutes depending on the depth of presentation you want to receive and questions you want answered. The Genesis QMS rep will go over the software and discuss your company’s needs.

How long does it take before I can start using the software?

Ah, this is a very good question and the answer is that once we have done a presentation and your requirements have been discussed, then we would be able to give you an timeframe for completion. Normally, you would be ready for data input within 5 business days. However, if your company needs a larger degree of customization, this start-up time will be extended.

How secure is my data?

At Genesis your privacy and data security is our highest priority. That's why we use a dedicated cloud-based host that utilizes world-class practices along with a SSL Certification what will protect your sensitive information.

How do I pay for the software?

You will be invoiced according to the terms and conditions of your contractual agreement. Payment can be made by cheque to Genesis QMS either by monthly, semi-annually or annually on the anniversary date of the start-up. We also offer an option within the software to pay via credit card.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer client support services 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours of 9am to 5pm (Mountain standard time). A support person will be available to answer your questions via phone, email or Uber Conferencing sessions. Most importantly the software does not need and programming knowledge. It is easy to use and we are here to make sure that you will be happy with the product.
